We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, skilled in-home care to patients throughout the Sarasota, FL area. In this role, you will deliver home health services in accordance with physician-established Plans of Care, collaborating closely with patients and caregivers to support recovery and improve overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patient conditions to provide appropriate care and education

Observe, evaluate, and report patient symptoms and changes to physicians

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting

Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and recovery

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida

1-year of Home health experience preferred

Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities

Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
