Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)

Current New Mexico state licensure (LMSW/LCSW or equivalent)

Experience in healthcare, home health, or hospice preferred

Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

A passion for patient-centered, end-of-life care
