BAYADA Pediatrics has an immediate need for a HHA - Home Health Aide to care for our pediatric clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. We are currently looking for staff to assist with clients in the following locations:

• State College, PA

BAYADA Home Health Aide Training Requirements:

• Compete 75 hours of in-person classroom training

• Must be at least 18yrs of age

• Satisfactory clearance and record checks

• Satisfactory work history verification and references

BAYADA offers Home Health Aide Trainees:

• Weekly pay

• Training pay of $13/hr with an increase to $15.50/hr upon completion of course

Job Responsibilities for HHA:

• Activities of daily living

• Light housekeeping

• Bathing

• Dressing

• Grooming

• Toileting

• Nail care

• Range of motion / exercises

• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices

• Oral feeding

• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

• Assisting with ambulation

• Medication assistance
