Job Title: Home Energy Auditor

Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work when available

Pay Rate: $80-$100k - depending on skills & experience

Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct energy assessments of homes to identify energy-saving opportunities

Create a comprehensive work scope that outlines the specific measures needed to improve energy efficiency

Work closely with our home performance team to recommend appropriate energy-saving measures

Monitor the progress of energy-saving measures and provide feedback to the home performance team

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in energy auditing or a related field

Building Science Institute Certification - BA-T and/or BA-P

Valid Driver's License

Ability to identify and diagnose energy efficiency issues in homes

Familiarity with energy-saving measures, including insulation, air sealing, and HVAC systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
