The Opportunity:
As a Home Energy Assessment (HEA) Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving the OSS sales pipeline by engaging with new enquiries, qualifying customers for a Home Energy Assessment, and converting suitable customers through to HEA sale. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers at the early stages of their OSS journey, ensuring a professional, informative, and seamless experience from first contact through to HEA completion.
Responsibilities include:
Proactively engage with new OSS enquiries through phone and email follow-up.
Explain the OSS process and Home Energy Assessment offering clearly to customers.
Assess and qualify customers for suitability and eligibility
Guide customers through the HEA journey and address any queries or concerns.
Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed HEA sales.
Accurately track and manage leads using Salesforce to ensure full pipeline visibility.
Ensure all relevant customer information is captured and updated correctly.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover once the HEA is sold.
Provide a positive customer experience throughout the early stages of the sales process.
Track and report on activity, lead progress, and conversion performance.
Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on customer trends and process improvements.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
Experience in phone-based sales or lead qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain processes and technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries effectively.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Familiarity with Salesforce an advantage but not necessary.
Knowledge of solar technology, renewable energy or home improvement sectors.
