Assurer la gestion complète des opérations réseau durant les périodes Hors Heures Ouvrées (HNO) : nuits, week-ends et jours fériés. Il assure la coordination opérationnelle du NOC, le pilotage des incidents majeurs, la gestion des maintenances programmées et la continuité de service en l’absence des managers de jour.

• Garantir la surveillance continue du réseau multi-domaine via OSS/NMS.
• Superviser en direct les activités du Team Leader NOC et des Techniciens NOC pendant les shifts HNO.
• Prioriser les incidents critiques et mobiliser les équipes internes/terrain.
• Assurer la prise en charge des incidents majeurs durant la nuit.
• Valider la bonne qualification des incidents selon leurs criticitées.
• Garantir l’ouverture, l’escalade et la mise à jour des tickets ITSM.
• Assurer la communication vers les responsables d’astreinte / Duty Manager.
• Coordonner le traitement jusqu’au rétablissement complet du service.
• Piloter les maintenances nocturnes ou les travaux programmés (night works)
• Contrôler le rétablissement post-travaux (alarmes, KPIs, services).
• Rédiger le rapport nocturne HNO incluant travaux & incidents

• Bac+5 en réseau Telecom.
• De 5 à 7 ans d'expérience 
• Expérience NOC, dont expérience en gestion d’équipe.
• Très bonne maîtrise des réseaux IP, Radio, DWDM, Core EPC/IMS.
• Capacité prouvée en gestion de crise et prise de décision rapide.
• Leadership, communication claire, autonomie totale en HNO.
