For this position, we are looking for a DevSecOps & Cloud Lead to assist one of our client – a leading global investment bank.
The APAC Cloud Strategy & DevSecOps Lead will define, design, and execute the cloud-migration agenda across the Asia-Pacific region. The role combines strategic planning, facilitate technical design, hands-on delivery, and continuous-improvement of cloud-native platforms while embedding DevSecOps throughout the SDLC. This position will work with cross-functional teams, partner with the APAC CIO office and global cloud teams, and ensure that all solutions meet the internal and external regulatory standards required by the financial-services industry.
Responsibilities:
Technical Management:
• Cloud Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute APAC cloud strategies that align with the Group and CIB Move-To-Cloud goals and regulatory requirements. Lead the migration and deployment of applications to cloud environments, ensuring compliance with best-of-class security rules and collaboration with APAC CIO department. · Own the APAC regions strategy plan, migration design and roadmap for legacy workloads to BNPP Internal Cloud solution and next generation cloud hybrid environments.
• Hands On Move to Cloud Projects Execution: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and vendors, to deliver cloud infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Implement, and manage cloud infrastructure architectures, including compute, storage, networking, and security components.
• DevSecOps Practices: Design and implement DevSecOps toolchains and capabilities to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Ensure security is integrated into every stage of the development process.
• Operational Support: Provide operational support for new technology platforms consumed by digital and business teams. Enable self-service capabilities to guarantee agility and autonomy for business service developers.
• Performance & Cost Optimization: Partner with CIO DevSecOps expert to Track DORA metrics and drive continuous improvement. Conduct cost-analysis, rightsizing, and automated shutdowns to maximize ROI.
Business relationships
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Global ITP Tech Office, APAC CIO, APAC CCCO, Various Metiers IT to ensure the successful implementation and operation of cloud and DevSecOps services.
Governance:
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all cloud-based services comply with financial industry requirements and regulatory standards. Ensure regular assessments and controls to maintain the integrity and security of cloud infrastructure.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, container management (Kubernetes, OpenShift), DevSecOps toolsets (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gitlab, SonarQube, Jira, Ansible, Terraform), and microservice architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in DevOps and cloud engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role with project management experiences.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing DevSecOps platforms and cloud infrastructure.
