Now Hiring: Weekend-Only LPNs & RNs (Night Shifts)
📍 Location: Lutz area
🕒 Shifts: 12-Hour Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
📅 Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays Only /every weekend or every other weekend

👥 Patient Ratio: 1:6

🩺 We’re Hiring:

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Registered Nurses (RNs)

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and update care plans

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Monitor and document patient conditions accurately and thoroughly

Collaborate with physicians and care team members

Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment

Respond confidently to emergencies with professionalism and poise

✅ Preferred Experience:

Pediatric and young adult care

Ventilator, trach, and G-tube management

Wound care, IV administration, and acute interventions

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

📋 Qualifications:

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

Active Florida RN or LPN license

Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)

Minimum 1 year of experience in:

Acute Care

Home Health

Hospice

Rehab or Hospital Setting

will consider 6 months LPN/RN + CNA/DSP/HHA experience (must have 2+ years exp)

Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Willing to participate in designated emergency response teams (Team A, B, or C)

💰 Compensation:

$25.00 – $41.00 per hour
Based on license type and experience
