📢 Now Hiring: Hiring & Onboarding Coordinator (C1 English – 90%) 📍 Open to candidates in Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala, and Peru 🏢 On-site position 🕗 Monday–Friday \u007C 8:00 AM–6:00 PM EST We are seeking a Hiring & Onboarding Coordinator with 1–2 years of Customer Success experience to support high‑volume onboarding for U.S.-based clients. This is a fully on-site role requiring excellent organization, strong communication skills, and bilingual fluency.
💼 Position Overview You will manage end‑to‑end onboarding processes for large groups of new hires each week, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an exceptional candidate experience. This role is both client-facing and candidate-facing.
📝 Responsibilities
Coordinate weekly onboarding workflows for high volumes of new hires. Lead virtual onboarding sessions and guide candidates step-by-step. Ensure accurate completion of I‑9 forms, including document checks and follow-ups. Coordinate drug tests, background checks, and employment verifications. Keep candidates informed on required documents, next steps, and start dates. Maintain organized and compliant records in ATS and onboarding systems. Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, and Operations to meet deadlines. Troubleshoot onboarding/documentation issues proactively. Deliver a customer-focused onboarding experience aligned with best practices.
🎓 Qualifications Required
1–2 years of Customer Success experience (preferably onboarding or client support). Bilingual English/Spanish (C1 – 90%). Experience managing onboarding workflows. Familiarity with I‑9 verification (preferred; training available). Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with minimal errors. Tech-savvy: ATS, onboarding platforms, email/calendar, video conferencing.
Preferred
Experience in staffing, RPO, or high-volume onboarding. Knowledge of background check/drug screening vendors. Experience onboarding frontline or hourly employees. Background in HR support or operational coordination.
