📍 Position Details

🌙 Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

📅 Schedule: Rotating weekends

💼 Employment Type: Part-Time

💰 Pay Range: $25 – $41 per hour (based on license & experience)

📍 Location: Tampa–Lutz areas

👩‍⚕️ Who We’re Looking For

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Registered Nurses (RNs)

✅ Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)

Experience in home health, hospice, rehabilitation, or acute care (preferred)

Clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilators, G-tubes, and IV therapy

Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Ability to pass AHCA Level 2 background screening

🔎 AHCA Requirement (House Bill 531 – 2025):
Candidates must complete screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care according to individualized care plans

Administer medications and monitor patient conditions

Accurately document care, assessments, and observations

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support families with empathy

Participate in emergency/disaster response teams (Team A, B, or C)
