Adeeba E services Pvt Ltd provides 24*7 Technical Support to UK/USA customers regarding printers, routers, emails. and also provide website development services to national and International Business

Name of the Positions Inbound voice Tech Support(US),& UK.

Job Role: -

Experienced Candidate will receive inbound calls from international customer.

Provide them technical support by diagnosing the Issue and suggesting the Annual Service plans and Software. Close the sales and achieve the target with proper troubleshooting

Candidate must be experienced in outbound or Inbound tech process for more than 1 yr and must know how to close their calls.

Fixed salary in salary account on 1st of every month+ huge incentives.

Hike of 15% -20% on last drawn salary.

No extension of shift timings
