Hiring Fusion HCM – Techno Functional consultant – Oracle.

Looking for a potential consultant who is having strong working knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM.

This role requires addressing customer for complex business solutions and bringing up innovate ideas.

Must be go-getter attitude and flexible to travel onsite on short term assignments

• Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules
• Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll projects
• ·Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll and build extensions for them an understanding of integration points between Oracle HCM

Mandatory

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Fusion HCM
• Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience in Core HR and Benefits, Payroll and Compensation
• Must have a thorough understanding of the SDLC.

Key Skills:

• The Candidate is expected to have sound domain knowledge in HCM specifically UAE Payroll. He must have been a part of at least 1 end to end UAE HCM implementations
• · Ability to design and deploy Fast Formulas for calculations (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, T&L)
• .Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll projects
• · Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll projects
• Implement Security for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll projects
• Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll projects
