Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development of exterior trims & interior trims components

• Lead design reviews, feasibility studies & ensure regulatory compliance

• Manage DFMEA, DVP&R, change management & BOM activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for production implementation

• Lead and mentor engineering teams

🛠 Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10 years in Body Exterior Trim & Interior Trims design & development

• Strong expertise in plastics (injection molding, thermoforming, vacuum forming)

• Hands-on experience with UG NX, CATIA, and PLM (ENOVIA)

• Good knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and homologation requirements

• Experience in DFMEA, DVP&R, and product lifecycle management

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
