Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. Is an International Contact center based out of India and US. The company caters to offshore consumers and business entities through Telemarketing services since 2014 within a short span of time the company has built its foundation on high level of customer satisfaction and unmatched services and support functions, in consonance with trust, accountability and reliability of our own products and technical services , which has not only enhanced the performance of our in house talents but also increased the productivity of the company and its related products through research and development by fraction or two day after day. It has claimed the single point of platform for all solutions to our customer with continual deliverance in IT enable support systems.

Candidate Profile:

. 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.
· Must know how to close their own calls.
· Good communication skills in English.
· Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.
· Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
· Should be flexible working in night shifts.

Any hs pass/basic graduates

· Salary:Rs.15000-22,000/month(fixed)+Huge Incentives
· Shift : US Shift

. 9:00 pm to 7:00 am (US Shift)
· Working Days: 6 days
