Hire Personnel Coordinator (FTC)

Join Ashtead Technology in the role of Hire Personnel Coordinator on a 12 months fixed term contract, located at our Turriff Facility where you will support a team responsible for the management of the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel worldwide for global operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of offshore personnel for worldwide ah-hoc projects

Communicate travel details to offshore personnel

Research visa/work permit requirements then complete and submit applications

Liaise with both offshore personnel team and clients on a daily basis

Track offshore certification and training ensuring all is renewed in a timely manner including but not limited to survivals, medicals and passports

Manage offshore competency

Raising any issues to meet mobilisation date with Hire Personnel Manager

What experience you'll bring:

Previous experience in a fast-paced offshore crewing department involving worldwide travel

Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple mobilisations simultaneously

Strong knowledge and understanding of offshore requirements for travel

Proficient in Microsoft (outlook, excel and word)
