Schedule:
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12 hours)
• Rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established care plans

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately

Submit timely progress reports to the clinical team and physicians

Develop and implement treatment plans based on orders and assessments

Support patients and families with education and guidance

Coordinate all aspects of patient care and collaborate with the care team

Respond to emergencies with confidence and clinical expertise

Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure proper equipment sanitation

Report changes in symptoms or condition promptly

Promote a supportive, respectful environment for all patients

Preferred Skills & Experience

IV therapy

Pediatric and young adult care

Trach and G-tube management

Wound care

Ventilator experience (preferred)

Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or diploma in Nursing (or higher)

Active, unrestricted Florida RN or LPN license

Current CPR/BLS certification

Must pass ACHA Level 2 screening-

Experience in acute care, rehab, hospital, home health, or hospice

Strong knowledge of nursing practices, assessments, and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Must participate in 5 Star Cares Emergency/Disaster Team (A, B, or C)
