• 根据实际项目需求，设计用于 ADAS 辅助驾驶行车功能验证的 HIL 环境
• 与跨职能团队协作进行 HIL 需求管理，对接供应商完成 HIL 的实现与交付
• 负责 HIL 上的 Camera/Radar/LiDAR 及车辆动力学建模与适配
• 基于产品特性进行 HIL 适配开发：主要包括 DBC/ARXML 的更新，以及 Camera 迭代更新带来的适配
• 根据自动驾驶法规与预期功能安全（SOTIF）等测试要求，优化传感器模型和车辆模型，提高仿真置信度
• 开发 HIL 测试框架与自动化脚本，提升自动化程度
• 负责 HIL 到 CI/CT流水线的实现及问题解决
• 与测试人员保持日常深入沟通，负责 HIL 工具问题的 troubleshooting，提升 HIL 稳定性
• 基于 Python，开发辅助驾驶功能评测指标
• 基于 Python/SQL 等，开发场景挖掘、数据分析和数据可视化等自动化脚本

• 车辆工程、计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历
• 熟悉汽车高级驾驶辅助（ADAS）的工作原理，具有 3 年以上汽车 ADAS 方向 HIL 开发相关工作经验
• 熟悉 VTD、CarMaker、PreScan 等至少一种仿真软件，并有 2 年以上使用经验；熟悉CarMaker 优先
• 熟悉传感器仿真（Radar/Camera 等）和车辆动力学仿真；有 Camera VIB 视频注入经验优先
• 熟悉常用的汽车通信协议（CAN、Ethernet），能够完成 HIL 上的通信建立
• 能够实现复杂 HIL 系统的软硬件集成
• Python 基础扎实，熟悉常用的数据结构和算法，并有 2 年以上开发经验；具备 C 或 C++ 开发经验优先
• 熟悉辅助驾驶功能仿真测试和评测指标，有端到端功能测试经验者优先
• 熟悉 Copilot 等编程辅助工具者优先
• 具备良好的逻辑思维能力，能够快速定位并解决技术问题
• 具备较强的自驱力及责任心
• 能与跨职能团队有效沟通，具有良好的团队协作能力
