Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Teach History (and relevant Political Science topics, if required) to Grades XI and XII
• Deliver curriculum-aligned lesson plans as per CBSE / ICSE guidelines
• Prepare students effectively for board examinations through structured revision and assessments
• Develop engaging teaching methodologies to promote critical thinking and historical analysis
• Create and evaluate assignments, tests, and examination papers
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate academic records and documentation
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and school events
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
