HHA - Home Health Aide

We are looking for reliable caregivers in McKeesport, Duquesne, Latrobe, East Pittsburgh, East Liberty, Wilkinsburg, Wilmerding, Munhall, Latrobe, Port Vue and Plum.

URGENT! There is a wonderful opportunity to provide meaningful care and companionship to a vibrant young woman in the Duquesne area. Shifts are Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm.

As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard.

Qualifications for Direct Care Worker:

• One year work experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar healthcare role

• No experience? Ask about our 2 day Direct Care Worker Training Program!

• Formal experience not required to care for a loved one

Job Responsibilities for Home Health Aid, HHA:

•

• Activities of daily living

• Light housekeeping

• Bathing

• Grooming

• Toileting

• Nail care

• Range of motion / exercises

• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

• Oral feeding

• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

• Assisting with ambulation

• Medication assistance
