Dans le cadre du maillage pédagogique de l’École Jeannine Manuel, les coordinateurs de discipline constituent, aux côtés des directions de niveaux, un pilier essentiel du pilotage pédagogique.

Afin de soutenir le fonctionnement du pôle Histoire-Géographie au collège et d’en renforcer l’organisation pédagogique et administrative, l’établissement ouvre un appel à candidatures interne pour la fonction d’Assistant(e) Coordinateur(trice).

Cette fonction a vocation à appuyer le coordinateur dans ses missions, que ce soit sur le plan organisationnel et administratif mais aussi pédagogique.

Cadre de la mission

L’Assistant(e) Coordinateur(trice) intervient en appui du coordinateur du pôle et de la direction du collège.

Au-delà de son rôle organisationnel, il/elle contribue à la cohérence pédagogique du département d’Histoire-Géographie, en veillant à la circulation des informations didactiques, à la continuité des apprentissages et au bon déploiement des orientations pédagogiques du pôle.

Ses missions sont au service :

de la cohérence des progressions et des pratiques au sein du département,

de la continuité des parcours élèves,

et de la fluidité des échanges entre enseignants, coordinateur et direction.

Il/elle contribue à la mise en œuvre du projet d’établissement dans son domaine, sans exercer de responsabilité hiérarchique sur les enseignants du pôle.

Missions principales

L’Assistant(e) Coordinateur(trice) assure notamment :

Le suivi et l’organisation des réunions du département (convocations, ordres du jour en lien avec le coordinateur, comptes rendus, suivi des présences en lien avec le service RH).

L’appui logistique et organisationnel aux projets pédagogiques du pôle (sorties, projets interdisciplinaires, concours, dispositifs spécifiques).

La centralisation et la diffusion des informations pédagogiques et institutionnelles auprès de l’équipe.

Le suivi administratif de certains dossiers pédagogiques : budget du département en lien avec la direction, besoins matériels, ressources documentaires, outils communs.

Une contribution au suivi de la cohérence des évaluations et des progressions, en appui du coordinateur.

Un appui organisationnel en cas d’absence d’un enseignant (coordination des informations pédagogiques nécessaires à la continuité des apprentissages et relais auprès des services concernés).

L’Assistant(e) Coordinateur(trice) agit sous la responsabilité du coordinateur et en lien étroit avec la direction. Son rôle est avant tout de promouvoir la pédagogie de l’école auprès des enseignants de son département. 

Évolution possible

Cette fonction est susceptible d’évoluer à la rentrée prochaine.

En cas d’ouverture du poste de Coordinateur(trice) du pôle, l’Assistant(e) Coordinateur(trice) ayant exercé ses fonctions de manière satisfaisante sera prioritairement étudié(e) dans le cadre du recrutement interne.

Profil recherché

Enseignant(e) du département HG actuellement en poste au collège.

Enseignant engagé dans la pédagogie de l’école Jeannine Manuel, de ses apprentissages et de son projet d’établissement (travail collaboratif, engagement actif de l’élève, innovation pédagogique, métacognition etc.)

Rigueur et sens de l’organisation.

Capacité à travailler en équipe et à assurer un rôle de relais.

Discrétion professionnelle et fiabilité administrative.

Prise de fonction : fin mars 2026.

Mission exercée dans le cadre du contrat de travail existant.

Rémunération complémentaire associée à la mission.

As part of the pedagogical framework at École Jeannine Manuel, subject coordinators play a key role alongside grade-level leadership in guiding academic operations.

To support the functioning of the History-Geography division in the middle school and to strengthen its pedagogical and administrative organization, the school is opening an internal call for applications for the position of Assistant Coordinator.

This role is intended to support the coordinator in their duties, both organizational and administrative, as well as pedagogical.

Mission Framework:

The Assistant Coordinator works under the supervision of the division coordinator and the middle school leadership.

Beyond organizational support, they contribute to the pedagogical coherence of the History-Geography department by ensuring the flow of instructional information, continuity of student learning, and effective implementation of the division’s pedagogical objectives.

Their work serves:

the coherence of progressions and teaching practices within the department,

the continuity of student learning paths,

and the smooth communication between teachers, the coordinator, and school leadership.

They contribute to the implementation of the school’s educational project within their area, without exercising hierarchical authority over teachers in the division.

Main Responsibilities:
The Assistant Coordinator’s responsibilities include:

Monitoring and organizing department meetings (sending invitations, preparing agendas with the coordinator, drafting minutes, tracking attendance in coordination with HR).

Providing logistical and organizational support for the division’s pedagogical projects (field trips, interdisciplinary projects, competitions, specific programs).

Centralizing and distributing pedagogical and institutional information to the team.

Handling administrative follow-up on certain pedagogical files: departmental budget in coordination with leadership, material needs, documentary resources, shared tools.

Contributing to the coherence of evaluations and curriculum progressions, under the coordinator’s guidance.

Providing organizational support in the event of a teacher’s absence (coordinating pedagogical information to ensure continuity of learning and liaising with relevant services).

The Assistant Coordinator acts under the coordinator’s responsibility and in close collaboration with the school leadership. Their primary role is to promote the school’s pedagogical approach among the teachers in their department.

This position may evolve in the next school year.
If the Coordinator position of the division becomes available, the Assistant Coordinator who has performed satisfactorily will be given priority in the internal recruitment process.
