Description: We are looking to fill a position for Help desk in Denver CO.
Short Description:
Selected person will be responsible to supporting a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment. We are currently seeking a technician to:
· Deploy new hardware after receiving appropriate training on configuring the hardware
· First and second tier troubleshooting of user reported issues
· Escalate to Server team as necessary
· Keep customer informed on status of any outages
· Hardware inventory

Required experience
• Experience with Thin and Zero Client hardware required
• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
• May require an associate's degree in a related area and at least 3years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
