Per supportare la realtà di un nostro cliente operante nel settore alta moda, siamo alla ricerca di un Tecnico HelpDesk II Livello che abbia voglia di mettersi in gioco e crescere con noi.

Quali competenze tecniche acquisirai durante il periodo formativo:

• Conoscenza e utilizzo delle più diffuse piattaforme di ticketing (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Sap)
• Dimestichezza con i principali sistemi operativi (principalmente Windows e iOS)
• Gestione e pianificazione delle attività a seconda delle priorità e delle SLA
• Preparazione delle macchine e controllo dell’inventario di magazzino
• Utilizzo di Active Directory e capacità di risoluzione delle problematiche più comuni legate alle utenze (reset password, creazione e gestione gruppi)
• Installazione e troubleshooting office 365, conoscenza e gestione del tenant
• Competenze base di Networking (trobleshooting di rete) e conoscenza dei principali protocolli di rete
• Utilizzo delle console di MDM
• Competenze Hardware e Software

Requisiti Richiesti:

• Diploma o Laurea in Informatica
• Buon livello di inglese (B1/B2)

Sede di lavoro: Scandicci (FI)

Orari di lavoro: full time, dal lunedì al venerdì.
