By continuously maintaining and improving our IT environment, we empower teams across the organization to work seamlessly and stay focused on driving impact in the healthcare sector in Germany and beyond.
To strengthen our IT Operations team, we are looking for a dedicated Helpdesk / IT Support Specialist (f/m/x). This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin (5 days per week), with occasional travel to our Potsdam office as required.
Your future role:
• Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and access-related topics, ensuring a reliable and user-friendly experience for all employees.
• Own IT hardware and asset management end-to-end, including planning, procurement, lifecycle tracking, and preparing devices for new joiners based on hiring needs.
• Serve as a key contact for Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), supporting teams with project setup, workflow optimization, as well as user and permission management.
• Manage user identities and access across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining secure, well-structured access controls.
• Support device management and endpoint security using tools such as Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender, ensuring compliance, security standards, and reliable performance.
• Continuously improve IT processes and documentation to support scalability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure a smooth and well-functioning office IT environment by proactively equipping workstations, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining day-to-day operational readiness.
What you need to succeed:
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a comparable role
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems (macOS and Windows), as well as basic networking and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Confident working on-site in Berlin
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users with patience and clarity
• Fluent English is required; German is a plus
Why you will love working with us:
• High level of personal responsibility and creative freedom
• Be the go-to person who keeps everything running – your work is visible, valued, and makes an immediate difference every day
• Work in a modern, well-equipped environment where you can shape and continuously improve the workplace experience for our teams
• A diverse, interdisciplinary, and international team working across three locations (Potsdam, Berlin, and Singapore)
• Flexible working models
• Permanent employment contract with 30 days of vacation
• Attractive employee benefits, e.g. private supplementary health insurance, public transport ticket

• We especially welcome applicants from the LGBTQI+ community, people with a migration background, people of color, and individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses to the team.
• If you need support or special assistance during the application or interview process due to a disability, please feel free to let us know and we are happy to accommodate you as much as possible.
• This position offers an unlimited contract.
• In this position you will be working from our Berlin (or if required from our Potsdam) office.
• Please enclose your complete documents (CV, reference letter, salary expectations and earliest possible starting date) with your application.
