Job Summary: Responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise print infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security of services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage enterprise print servers, printer deployments via GPO, and driver updates, familiar with Cannon-Uniflow tools.
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies for shared data.
• Monitor system performance and generate usage reports.
• Collaborate with other IT teams for integration and automation.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Required Skills:
• Experience with DFS, SMB protocols, and enterprise print management tools.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred) for automation and reporting.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and change management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support.
