At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing, and we are looking for a Help Desk Administrator to join our UniQue team.
What will you be bringing to the team?
• Manage User Accounts
• Monitor and manage Microsoft 365 licensing for users
• Configure and manage email accounts using Exchange Online
• Administer SharePoint sites and libraries
• Set up and manage Microsoft Teams channels and settings
• Support and Troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to end-users for Microsoft 365 applications
Requirements:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
• Bachelor's degree relevant to IT
• Minimum 2 years of working experience after studies, with at least 6 months of experience in user support
• Exposure with M365 (M365 administration, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc)
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly accurate and attentive to detail
• Strong IT skills are a plus, particularly the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or financial management tools
• Excellent use of the English language (verbal & written)
