In this role, the Commercial Operations Specialist serves as the engine room of the Category team, responsible for the technical integrity and administrative excellence of our product catalog. Reporting to the Commercial Ops and Supply Chain Manager (Boston, USA), you will ensure that every SKU, recipe, and bundle is accurately onboarded, maintained, and offboarded. Your work ensures that all customer-facing product information is accurate, compliant with US standards, and commercially optimized—contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Product Data Management & Onboarding

• End-to-End Setup: Execute the technical onboarding of SKUs, recipes, and bundles by accurately setting up product data, pricing, tags, and attributes in internal systems.

• Digital Shelf Ownership: Ensure product descriptions, imagery, and content are accurate, compelling, and customer-ready across all live channels.

• Compliance Validation: Review and validate product information against US food labeling requirements, including allergens and nutritional disclosures.

• Catalog Maintenance & Lifecycle Management

• Dynamic Updates: Perform bulk catalog updates for pricing changes, promotions, and seasonal assortment shifts.

• Product Offboarding: Manage the sunset process for discontinued items, ensuring clean removal from live platforms to avoid out-of-stock issues and customer friction.

• Data Quality Audits: Conduct regular database checks to identify and resolve duplicates, broken links, and outdated or incorrect metadata.

• Commercial Support & Reporting

• Single Source of Truth: Own and maintain the Master Product Catalogue to support Commercial and Supply Chain teams.

• Assortment & NPD Support: Prepare data exports and track New Product Development status during range reviews.

• Performance Insights: Generate and review reports using tools such as Looker or ThoughtSpot to support commercial decision-making.

What you’ll bring

• Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce Operations, Product Data Management, or a similar administrative role. Background in Food & Beverage or Retail is highly preferred.

• Data & Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including working with large datasets, complex formulas, and data-cleaning techniques. Experience with CMS platforms, PIM tools, or digital catalog systems is required; Notion experience is a plus.

• Attention to Detail: A strong sense of data accuracy and quality, with an understanding that even minor errors in pricing, allergens, or product details can significantly impact the customer experience.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to proactively flag data discrepancies and collaborate with US-based stakeholders.
