Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Hebrew-Speaking Travel Support Adviser to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This exciting role offers a fully paid relocation package to help you settle in effortlessly. As a Travel Support Adviser, you will provide exceptional service to our Hebrew-speaking clients, assisting them with their travel needs and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
You will be responsible for handling various travel-related inquiries, booking assistance, and resolving any challenges clients may face. Your fluency in Hebrew and English will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and delivering personalized support.
Responsibilities
• Provide support to Hebrew-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels
• Assist clients with travel bookings and provide detailed information about options and services
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and service delivery
• Inform clients about promotions and additional services to enhance satisfaction
• Collect and relay client feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities
• Previous experience in travel support or customer service is preferred
• Effective problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
