Your Role as a Customer Support Agent: Provide customers with excellent support and service via phone, email, social media, and mobile applications. Actively listen to customers’ needs, troubleshoot on their behalf, and resolve issues effectively. Communicate fluently in Hebrew and comfortably switch to English (B2 level, both written and verbal).
Requirements: Speak Hebrew fluently Can confidently communicate in English (B2 level, both written and verbal) Ideally have previous experience in customer support—but if not, full training will be provided
