Job Description

Since Daruma Corporation was established in 1986, we were engaged in export, the consulting & management of office / factories. After 1991, our main business became construction (mainly Japanese companies).

Today, we make sure on construction that we provide

(1) fine / detailed service
(2) including maintenance works
(3) and better quality work than other companies
(4) at reasonable prices.

Our objectives are to win trust from clients and to attain sound growth & long lasting stability, which we believe will provide peace of mind / trust to our clients.

• Operates trucks of various sizes and weights in the loading, hauling and unloading of various equipments, materials and supplies.
• Operates power equipments such as mechanized broom, backhoe, man-lift, dump truck, snowplow, road grater, front-end loader, hydraulic excavators, skid steers and jetter/inductor truck.
• Operates jackhammers, mowers, brush chippers, and other small equipment and tools to maintain streets and utility systems.

• Works with and assists line crew in digging ditches and trenches, hoisting materials, tools, equipment and any related work with a backhoe, road grater, or front-end-loader.

• Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or repairs to supervisors; clean equipment.

• Maintain roads and transportation systems in order to ensure safe roadways within the hamlet

• Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.

• Candidate must possess at least High School/Vocational Diploma or Short Courses Certificate.

• Male, not more than 40 years old.

• With working experience in the same field is required for this position.

• With TESDA Certificate.

• With Driver’s License Restrictions According to the Heavy Equipment to be operated.

• Knowledgeable in advanced construction methods and practices in assigned program.

• Knowledgeable in advanced medium to heavy equipment maintenance and operation (i.e. Backhoe or wheel loader)

• Must be able to interact effectively with the public and employees.

• Good health condition and physical endurance.
