Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair electrical systems on heavy equipment, including wiring, sensors, and control modules
Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and motor graders
Troubleshoot electrical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment reliability
Repair or replace defective electrical components and systems
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic with a focus on electrical systems
Experience working on large machinery such as excavators, dozers, and motor graders
Strong understanding of electrical diagnostics, wiring, and hydraulic/electronic integration
Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
