Due to growth, we are immediately seeking exceptional HVAC Repair Techs to deliver the most efficient, highest quality experiences in residential HVAC. Dave’s World is a values based company that believes that the customer’s needs come first. This position is ideal for someone who is immediately seeking long-term employment with options to move up within the company. If you are a self-motivated individual with great work ethic and the personality to help with customer satisfaction, then we would love to get to know you!

Tasks include but not limited to.:
• Mini-Split Heat Pump diagnostics
• Mini-Split Heat Pump Repairs
• Cleaning Mini-Split Heat Pumps at our Clients homes and business's
• Drive to and from Job sites
• Ability to read and understand service instructions to maintain our clients heat pumps.

Qualifications:
• Need to have experience with customer support
• Have a Clean drivers license and pass a background check with flying colors
• Outstanding Customer Service skills.

• Basic computer skills. Email, google calendar, basic excel, internal POS (trained)
• Must have 3 references
• Must have hand tools. We provide the power tools, ladders and specialty refrigeration equipment.
• Must be a team player
