Job Responsibilities:
1. Patient Scheduling & Call Handling
• Answer and manage inbound patient calls professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Conduct patient intakes and ensure accurate data entry
2. Administrative Support
• Handle prior authorizations and insurance-related tasks
• Prepare and apply superbills to patient accounts
• Manage email and inbox communications efficiently
• Support general administrative and front desk functions
3. Provider Outreach & Coordination
• Coordinate referrals with external providers
• Maintain communication with healthcare providers
• Conduct outreach calls to schedule informational lunch meetings
• Share service information (non-sales; coordination-focused role)
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, patient scheduling, provider outreach
• Familiarity with EHR systems (Athena Health preferred; multi-EHR experience acceptable)
• Experience with phone systems (RingCentral preferred)
• Basic knowledge of medical billing or superbills (preferred)
Basic requirements
• Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
• Must have relevant work experience
• Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
• Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)

• Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
• Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
• Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
