We are seeking a Scheduler to work in a high-performance office environment, maintaining a positive attitude and efficiently multitasking.
Schedule:
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (EST)
• Monday and Thursday off
Location: In-person in Lima, Peru
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls professionally, politely, and promptly.
• Regularly communicate with associates and clients to assess service quality.
• Serve as a liaison between caregivers and the Office Manager.
• Receive referrals and address concerns related to company services.
• Support sales, marketing, and public relations efforts as needed.
• Represent the vision, mission, and core values of Right at Home.
• Schedule and coordinate daily activities of caregivers.
• Handle payroll tasks: verify timesheets, update phone system records, and perform data entry.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ClearCare, ensuring complete and updated files for all caregivers.
• Perform on-call coordination duties as required.
• Demonstrate ability to multitask in a high-performance environment.
• Interview, evaluate, and test candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
• Support recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of administrative or business experience.
• CRM/EMR experience.
• Basic office, computer, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Knowledge of common medical terminology.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as required by the role.
