Work Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm EST
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Salary: $5-$6 per hour

Role Overview
The client is seeking an experienced sales professional to support outbound and inbound sales efforts for U.S. healthcare clients. This role requires strong communication skills, consultative selling experience, and comfort engaging with healthcare decision-makers in a professional, clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls with U.S. healthcare prospects
• Follow up on warm leads and outbound campaigns
• Communicate healthcare software and services clearly and professionally
• Use a consultative, problem-solving sales approach (not scripted or aggressive selling)
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
• Coordinate follow-ups and next steps with internal teams
• Support U.S.-based sales leadership as needed
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of professional sales experience
• 3+ years selling to U.S.-based clients
• Experience in healthcare, health technology, SaaS, or B2B services
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. executives, practice managers, and operations leaders
• Strong spoken and written English
• Experience working U.S. business hours
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling healthcare software, telehealth, or clinical services
• Experience selling to medical practices, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare call centers
• Background supporting U.S. founders, executives, or sales leaders
Basic requirements
• Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
• Must have relevant work experience
• Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
• Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)

• Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
• Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
• Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
