As a Quality, Audit & Compliance (Healthcare), you will play a key part in safeguarding the integrity of clinical documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across healthcare operations. This role ensures records are accurate, complete, and compliant with hospital and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities Review and audit patient medical charts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identify documentation gaps and improvement opportunities.
