About the Role
Campus is hiring dedicated, student-centered Teaching Assistants to support instructors and play a critical role in student success within Campus’s live, structured online model. TAs lead discussion sections, support grading, hold office hours, and reinforce applied learning. This is not a grading-only position. It is instructional support within a live learning environment. All teaching and discussion sections occur between 6 and 10 PM EST.
Academic Responsibilities and Essential Functions
• Lead live weekly discussion sections
• Provide grading and structured feedback
• Hold virtual office hours
• Support case study and applied project work
• Reinforce professionalism, communication, and healthcare standards
• Escalate academic or integrity concerns appropriately
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Public Health, Business, or related field OR 1 to 3 years of professional healthcare industry experience.
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for student success.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
Preferred
• Currently pursuing or completed Master’s in Healthcare Administration or Public Health
• Experience with medical billing and coding
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• Experience working with diverse, first-generation, or adult learners

Compensation
• $2,000 per 4-credit course/11 week quarter
• $1,185 per 1-2 credit course/11 week quarter
