Key responsibilities:
Greet students, staff, faculty, and visitors, provide basic information, and direct them to appropriate offices or staff members.Answer, screen, and route phone calls, take accurate messages, and support appointment check-in or scheduling as needed.Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and preparing simple documents or forms.Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and professional reception area and follow basic office and safety procedures.Provide information about campus services, events, and procedures, referring students to appropriate support resources when necessary.
