Als Health and Safety Expert stellst du sicher, dass Health & Safety Standards eingehalten werden. Außerdem leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Erhaltung und zur Weiterentwicklung eines sicheren, und gesunden Arbeitsumfelds.

• Durchführung und Dokumentation von Arbeitsplatzevaluierungen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Ableitung, Abstimmung und Nachverfolgung von passenden Sicherheitsmaßnahmen.
• Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Unterlagen, Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung bei Begehungen, Audits und Awareness-Maßnahmen.
• Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des HSE-Managementsystems sowie Unterstützung bei gesetzlichen Auflagen, Behördenverfahren und digitalen HSE-Lösungen.
• Unterstützung bei Umweltkennzahlen und Meldungen, Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Facility und externen Stellen sowie gelegentliche Reisen zu Baustellen und weiteren Standorten.

• Abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, FH/Uni in Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik o. Ä.)
• Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Arbeitnehmerschutz, relevanten Normen (z. B. ISO 45001, ISO 14001) und gesetzlichen Anforderungen.
• Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft (SFK) oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren.
• Erfahrung mit Gefährdungsbeurteilungen / Evaluierungen in industriellen Produktionsumfeldern (Holz/Metall vorteilhaft).
• Grundwissen im Umweltmanagement (Monitoring, Kennzahlen, Meldungen).
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Zuverlässigkeit.
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen (Begehungen, Baustellen, andere Standorte).
• Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Schnittstellenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen.

Für diese Position - zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt –bieten wir ein attraktives Jahresgehalt ab EUR 49.000, - auf Vollzeitbasis abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung an.
