We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Healthcare CRM & Patient Counsellor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills with a passion for patient counselling in the field of dermatology and aesthetic treatments. You will play a critical role in guiding patients through their treatment journey—right from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-ups—while ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, managing inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
• Counsel patients effectively on skin, hair, and laser treatments by understanding their concerns and recommending suitable solutions.
• Build trust with patients by explaining procedures, expected outcomes, pricing, and post-treatment care in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Maintain and update patient records using CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of consultations, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Proactively follow up with leads and existing patients to improve conversion rates and retention.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to schedule consultations and treatments efficiently.
• Handle patient concerns or objections professionally and convert inquiries into successful treatment plans.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction at all touchpoints.
• Assist in achieving clinic revenue targets by converting consultations into procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare compliance standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM tools to manage patient interactions, track leads, and maintain detailed records.
• Counselling Skills: Strong ability to communicate, influence, and counsel patients with sensitivity and confidence.
• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of skin, hair, and laser treatments offered in dermatology or aesthetic clinics.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain medical/aesthetic procedures in simple terms.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• Sales Orientation: Ability to convert leads into treatments while maintaining ethical counselling practices.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple patient interactions simultaneously.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1–4 years of experience in a healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic environment.
• Prior experience in patient counselling or CRM roles is highly preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline (background in healthcare or life sciences is a plus).
