Whether you’re a private client or a business accessing our corporate services, you can rely on a clear, consistent service from your Financial Planner and from our experienced teams.
About the role:
As a Health & Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and implementing employee benefits solutions for both new and existing corporate clients, delivering a consistently high standard of customer service. Acting as a primary point of contact, you will build and maintain long‑term client relationships, supporting corporate stakeholders across People and Finance to design, implement and review effective benefit schemes.
The role involves presenting Attivo’s services to prospective clients, supporting the Head of Corporate during pitches and meetings, and overseeing the successful implementation and ongoing servicing of benefit arrangements across group risk, healthcare, wellbeing and employee assistance programmes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external providers, support tender activities, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain CPD requirements, while proactively managing client communications, resolving issues and contributing to business development and reporting as required.
About you:
You are a client‑focused Health & Benefits professional with a strong background in employee benefits and a passion for delivering high‑quality advice and service. With at least three years’ experience in financial services, specifically within employee benefits, you are confident managing multiple client relationships, implementing schemes to agreed timelines and delivering presentations that convert prospects into long‑term clients. You take pride in maintaining excellent retention and satisfaction levels, completing robust annual reviews, and resolving issues efficiently and compliantly.
Highly organised and commercially minded, you are comfortable supporting new business activity through tenders, lead generation and CRM management, while also contributing to marketing initiatives and management reporting. You hold (or are actively progressing) the required industry qualifications, maintain up‑to‑date CPD, and approach your work with professionalism, attention to detail and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide first-class service to create and maintain long-standing relationships with corporate clients of Attivo. Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries from corporate clients and their employees, ensuring service levels are met.
