We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Health and Safety Expert with strong expertise and a commitment to growth.

WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT:

• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in all areas related to Health and Safety:

• Creating trainings and safety programs to raise awareness and education in the field of Occupational Health and Safety;

• Managing personal protective equipment;

• Conducting risk assessments for machinery and workplaces;

• Carrying out periodic safety briefings and safety audits;

• Organizing mandatory measurements and inspections of equipment;

• Reporting and investigating workplace accidents and potential hazards;

• Maintaining documentation for high-risk equipment – cranes, compressors, pressure vessels, lifting equipment, boilers, elevators, gas installations, etc.;

• Managing waste and its reporting.

WHAT YOU MUST TO BRING:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment;

• Higher education;

• Good command of English – written and spoken;

• Very good knowledge of local occupational health and safety legislation;

• Strong technical understanding and organizational skills;

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and quality;

• Experience with working-at-height procedures is an advantage;

• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer-oriented attitude;

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
