The Mission

To design, launch, and scale delivery-first kitchen concepts specifically engineered for the Bangladeshi market. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building a profitable, data-driven food portfolio that survives real-world constraints (infrastructure, churn, and high volume) while maintaining elite customer consistency.

Core Pillars of Responsibility

1. Concept Engineering (Delivery-First)

• Design for Durability: Build menus optimized for 25–35 minute delivery, heat retention, and packaging integrity.
• Ruthless Simplification: Launch high-repeat concepts; kill low-performers early. Success is measured by survival rate, not launch volume.
• Standardization: Create SOPs for prep workflows, hygiene, and waste control that work across cloud kitchens and partner-operated sites.

2. First-Principles Operations

• Deconstruct the Kitchen: Identify exactly what drives cost vs. customer value. Determine prep-to-fresh ratios and stress-test concepts for 2x volume spikes.
• Ground-Reality Solving: Resolve "imperfect market" challenges including supplier inconsistency, staff attrition, and infrastructure disruptions.
• On-the-Floor Presence: This is not a desk job. You will lead from the kitchen floor to ensure "paper plans" translate to "plate reality."

3. Data-Driven Optimization (Pandora)

• Iterative Learning: Use the Pandora data suite to hypothesize, test, and iterate on every SKU.
• Unit Economics: Own the P&L. Track contribution margins, repeat rates, and prep-time bottlenecks to drive profitability at scale.
• Translation: Convert complex data insights into simple, executable actions for kitchen staff.

• Experience: 8–12+ years in high-volume food operations (QSR chains, cloud kitchens, or large-scale commissary kitchens).
• Market Context: Proven track record in emerging or "imperfect" markets. You understand Bangladesh’s price sensitivity and operational hurdles.
• Mindset: A "First-Principles" thinker. You don't just follow a playbook; you build one based on what is true on the ground.
• Leadership: Experience leading large, blue-collar teams in high-attrition environments. You are process-driven, not personality-driven.

Reality Check: This is a Food Infrastructure + Portfolio Management role. If you prefer creative "chef-led" environments or fine-dining aesthetics over margin-optimization and logistics, this is not the role for you.
