Managing Director, Product Management
What we are looking for
Charles River Development, A State Street company, is seeking a Managing Director, Project Management to provide executive leadership for large-scale, multi-year enterprise initiatives. The role requires accountability for delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders.

What you are responsible for
· Own end-to-end accountability for the delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs from initiation through client go-live.
· Act as overall solution lead on the CRD Product development items.
· Establish delivery strategy, sequencing, governance, and success metrics across the program.
· Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery risks, issues, and cross-organizational dependencies.
Program Delivery and Governance
· Establish and oversee enterprise delivery governance, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory commitments.
· Lead and develop program and project management leaders responsible for day-to-day execution.
· Ensure accurate, executive-level reporting on delivery status, risks, and decision points.
· Partner with Engineering, Product, and client scrum teams to define deliverables and ensure delivery commitments are met.
· Build and manage Jira/confluence sites to track development sprints.
Education and Preferred Qualifications
· Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· Minimum 10 years financial services experience.
· Proven institutional investment operations depth with subject matter expertise in one or more of the following core areas: trading, reconciliations, corporate actions, performance measurement and attribution, derivatives, bank loans and collateral management.
· Process re-engineering certifications and experience (Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt).
· Professional consulting experience is a plus.
· Proven leadership and program management skills.
· Proven effective communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills.
· Proven ability to work effectively on global scale with all levels of management.
· Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple (matrixed) organizations to reach common goals.
· Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· PMO Certified a plus but not required.
