Manage a quality pre-school, and lead its day-to-day operations • Recruit, develop, engage, and lead the highly competent and warm-hearted people • Manage the curriculum with staff which complies with local regulations and the Childhood framework • Communicate and meet with parents regarding their children and relationship Built a reputation for the school as a quality early childhood education institute • Attract and ensure admissions in the school • Manage the budgets, and ensure that the pre-school meets its financial targets Ensure that the kindergarten is compliant to local laws and regulations Contribute to future growth in India • Collaborate in international community with colleagues around the world

Bachelor’s degree preferably in early childhood education • Five years’ experience within a role of pre-school center head • Inspiring leader and motivator • Strong people management skills and ability to develop and lead a team • Proactive and positive thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Capable to work independently with excellent time management skills • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems • Excellent command of written and spoken English
