With an office in the heart of the city and a small, high-trust team, we are entering a new phase: scaling fast, building strong partnerships, and setting a quality bar that stays intact as we grow.

We are hiring a Head Pharmacist / Business Developer to help shape this expansion. This is a core role at the intersection of clinical responsibility and business growth. You will work closely with leadership, take real ownership from day one, and help turn clinical excellence into a scalable, commercially strong online pharmacy model for Europe.

What you will do

You will lead the pharmacy and quality agenda as we scale in Europe, with the freedom to shape how the online pharmacy is built and run. This role comes with real responsibility and real room to implement. If you see a better way to do something, you will be able to design it, document it, align the team, and put it live.

Your focus is to make sure scale never comes at the expense of patient safety or compliance. You will create and continuously improve protocols, clinical review processes, SOPs, and internal guidelines so quality stays consistent as volume grows. You will set the standard for medication-related decision-making, risk management, documentation, training inputs, and clear, responsible clinical communication across the business.

Alongside this, you will actively drive business development for the online pharmacy. You will identify where the offer can be stronger, where partnerships unlock growth, and which new services or product routes make sense in a regulated environment. You will help shape propositions, support launches, and translate market signals into concrete improvements that the team can execute quickly and safely.

Who you are

• Pharmacy degree with BIG registration, strong clinical judgement, clear quality and safety mindset
• Structured and practical: you build frameworks and get them live
• Comfortable working across clinical and business stakeholders
• You enjoy building, improving, and owning outcomes end-to-end
• You are comfortable with IT systems
• Available full-time

Nice to have

• E-health or online pharmacy experience
• Quality management, audits, or SOP-heavy environments
• Supplier management, partnerships, or product development experience
• Experience scaling operations in a regulated setting
