Nine has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Yield & Inventory to join our North Sydney team! As a primary driver of Nine’s commercial success, you will act as the strategic custodian of Australia’s most premium media assets.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you will provide the expertise, tools, and insights required to manage pricing, yield, and campaign effectiveness across our diverse portfolio.

You aren't just managing supply; you are providing the vision to shape the best possible commercial outcomes for Nine on a daily basis.

Day to day you will:

• Oversee capacity planning by monitoring and forecasting commercial units for Linear TV and impressions for Digital Video.
• Establish pricing corridors that empower the Sales team to maximise revenue based on real-time market demand.
• Bridge the gap between Metro/Regional broadcast and Digital Video (9Now, Stan, HBO Max) to create a seamless "Total TV" offering.
• Act as the "Source of Truth" for Executive Leadership, providing accurate revenue projections and strategic advice to Sales Directors.
• Partner with News, Entertainment, and Sport content teams to unlock high-value revenue opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and commercial curiosity.

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience in Yield, Revenue Operations, or Ad Operations within a major media or ad-tech environment, with proven success in a senior leadership capacity.
• Strong experience in a senior leadership capacity with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated mastery of process management and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and partner with Sales teams to drive commercial solutions.
• A strong ability to analyse data, build insightful narratives, and use that information to recommend business decisions.
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple business units, including Sales, Tech, and Finance.
