Unser Ziel ist eine Solaranlage auf jedem Dach, eine Wärmepumpe in jedem Haus und ein E-Auto in jeder Garage.

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Baubarkeit-Teams im Bereich Wärmepumpen

• Verantwortung für die Auslegung und technische Umsetzbarkeit (Baubarkeit) von Wärmepumpenprojekten

• Prüfung, Bewertung und Freigabe komplexer Kundenprojekte in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Planung und Installation

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von technischen Standards, Normen und Qualitätsrichtlinien

• Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen, Standards und skalierbaren Lösungen

• Coaching, Weiterentwicklung und situative Führung der Mitarbeitenden

• Technischer Ansprechpartner bei Sonderfällen, Eskalationen und komplexen Fragestellungen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Bereich, idealerweise mit Meistertitel oder Technikerausbildung

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Wärmepumpen und Gebäudetechnik

• Erste Führungserfahrung

• Hohes technisches Verständnis sowie wirtschaftliches Denken

• Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und Hands-on-Mentalität

• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld

• Verantwortungsvolle Führungsposition mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum
