The job:
Lead the development and improvement of the Works Management System
Ensure systems are well designed and fit for purpose
Support the implementation and rollout of new systems, including user readiness and training
Manage system upgrades and migrations, ensuring data is accurate and secure
Work with operational teams to understand requirements and deliver practical system solutions
Deliver clear reporting and reliable data to support performance and decision making
Improve how data is used to drive efficiency and better outcomes
Reduce manual effort, duplication, and workarounds through better system use
