YOUR MISSION

As Head of Tech Talent Acquisition, you will define and drive the long-term talent strategy enabling our Product, Engineering, and Data organizations to scale with quality, speed, and diversity.

You will lead a team of senior recruiters, building a high-performing TA function that acts as a strategic partner to executive leadership. You will shape how we attract, assess, and hire world-class technical talent, ensuring our hiring capabilities are a competitive advantage for the business.

This role is focused on building scalable systems, elevating leadership capability within the TA organization, and influencing executive decision-making around workforce planning, org design, and talent investments.

 

THE JOURNEY

• Translate business priorities into scalable hiring strategies across Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and emerging technical domains
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior Tech leadership on org design, hiring roadmaps and talent market trends
• Define operating rhythms, performance standards, and career paths that elevate recruiting as a strategic discipline
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Tech Recruiters, setting clear standards for quality, speed, stakeholder management, and candidate experience
• Balance delivery and leadership - allocating roles effectively while stepping in where impact is highest
• Elevate hiring quality through structured assessments, calibration practices, and strong bar-raising culture
• Leverage data and market intelligence to improve funnel health, time-to-hire, diversity representation, and hiring predictability
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies, employer branding within tech communities, and candidate experience
• Partner with leadership, marketing, and employer branding teams to build compelling narratives that attract top talent

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Talent Acquisition,plus 3+  yeas of experience leading teams and scaling TA functions in international, high-growth environments
• Proven track record defining and executing hiring strategies for complex technical organizations
• Strong business acumen and credibility when partnering with senior Tech leaders
• Deep understanding of technical landscapes (software engineering, architecture, data, product development)
• Strong ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, driving impact through others
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to influence decision-making and improve performance
• Demonstrated success building scalable recruiting organizations, processes, and capability frameworks
• Strong leadership presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
• Passion for building inclusive, diverse, and high-performing teams
• High ownership mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments
