Glovo is one of the largest marketplace in Morocco & Glovo's biggest African market. We are still growing fast & business complexity even further. We need a 360, analytical and results driven person to take ownership of our Strategy & Special projects function in Morocco. At Glovo,  we work hard and we love what we do. Be a part of a team where you will:
Strategy & Business performance:
• GM right-hand in any strategic and business performance decision
• Define jointly with the GM the long term goals of the country
• Set and review monthly/ quarterly country and department targets based on long term goals
• Implement current corporate strategy throughout the annual planning cycle both at country and city level
• Work with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, procurement and commercial) to ensure a profitable and flawless execution, and to develop profitability analysis for new ideas/businesses
• Study the viability - reports of investments/projects, strategic reorientation, etc
• Lead cross functional projects to improve profitability
• Analyze business performance and measure KPIs, identifying issues and potential improvement opportunities
Special Projects
• Lead high-priority GM-sponsored initiatives end-to-end (scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, reporting) 
• Own the structuring and execution of strategic partnerships, or new business explorations (e.g., new verticals, adjacencies..)
• Lead sensitive cross-functional workstreams that don't have a natural single owner 
Ad-hoc Topics
• Prepare critical materials: Monthly Business Reviews, QBRs, investor and executive/external presentations
• Step in to temporarily own underperforming workstreams or fill leadership gaps until permanent solutions are in place
 
• +8-10 years in top-tier consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, chief of staff roles, or high-growth in tech/marketplace operations.
• Strong analytical skills, goal-oriented, and teamwork
• Advanced accounting and finance knowledge
• Strong working knowledge in manipulating and presenting quantitative data (Excel, Google Spreadsheets etc.), ability to build flexible and comprehensive reporting templates
• Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals
• Hands-on and autonomous
• Fluent in English & French. Arabic will be an advantage
